Limitations in this release
The first time installation of this version will change the default storage directory for CServer resources. After installation of this version, previously existing resources may not appear in the resource view when starting CServer. To gain access to any previously stored resources the default storage directory can be changed by selecting “Resources” (from the main menu) and by selecting “Set Default Resource Directory”. The directory can be set to your previous default resource directory; for previous default installations this directory is “C:\Program Files\iCountability\CServer\Resources”.
Release Number 3.0.15 [07/04/2009] - Maintenance Release
Corrections and Enhancements for this Release
CServer 3.0.15:
- This version fixes a potential stability issue related to the reconstruction of a count via the transaction log. This problem applies to specific cases where a count being activated requires reconstruction after an unexpected shutdown of CServer and where the count was previously imported into CServer.
- This version of CServer will now request user confirmation before any count reconstruction is performed by CServer, due to CServer failure.
- This version of CServer prevents any codeset, attached to an active count, from being logged in the transaction log. This will result in any reconstructed count, which previously had a codeset on a count before reconstruction, to have the same codeset on the count after reconstruction.
- This version of CServer fixes a Vista compatability issue by storing all resources in the currect user directory.
- This version of CServer stores all core system resources (users, licenses, etc...) in their own resource manager. These resources can now be accessed and viewed separately from other resources under a new Core Resource View menu selection.
iCounterCE (all platforms) 3.0.15:
iCounterXP 3.0.15:
- Temporary data is now stored in the current user directory.
iReporter 3.0.15:
